Akhmad Sahe, S.Sos
Akhmad Sahe holds a Bachelor of Social Science (S.Sos.) from Merdeka University Malang (UNMER Malang). Born on November 16, 1977, he is recognized as an active figure in community organizations and economic empowerment, particularly for the people of Bawean Island.
His organizational journey began with the Indonesian Islamic Student Movement (PMII) and the Bawean Student and Santri Association (IMPSB) during his higher education years. He later expanded his contributions through the Bawean Entrepreneur Association (PSB) and led the Bawean Mandiri Traders Cooperative (KSBM) as a concrete commitment to the economic empowerment of Bawean Island’s community. His dedication to religious and social affairs is further demonstrated through his involvement in the Nahdlatul Ulama Branch Representative Council (MWC NU) Tambak.
Ainul Haq, S.Psi
Ainul Haq holds a Bachelor of Psychology (S.Psi.) from Muhammadiyah University of Malang and is currently pursuing a Master of Management degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management at Surabaya State University (UNESA). Born on November 26, 1990, he is a human resource practitioner with a solid organizational and professional background.
His organizational journey began with the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) and continued as General Chairman of the Bawean Student and Santri Association (IMPSB) Malang, where he led the development of the Bawean student community in diaspora. His concern for the Bawean community also drove the establishment of the Bawean Foundation as a social and community empowerment platform. On a broader scale, he actively serves as an executive of the Bawean Entrepreneur Association (PSB) in the field of Organization and Membership.
Professionally, he has experience in Human Resources, General Affairs, Management Representative, and IT. His competencies are strengthened by Human Capital Management Certification and Lead Auditor Course (LAC), reflecting his expertise in organizational governance and internationally standardized management systems.
Mardiana Haq, S.E
Mardiana Haq holds a Bachelor of Economics (S.E.) from Muhammadiyah University of Malang. Born on March 27, 1995, she is a professional in business administration and management with a background in Bawean student organizations.
During her higher education, she was active in the Bawean Student and Santri Association (IMPSB) Malang, strengthening her involvement in the development of the Bawean community in diaspora. This experience carried into the professional world through her role as Administrator at PT Cipta Qawafil Alshafa, where she applied her managerial and administrative skills in a business environment.
Muh. Nafi Aziz, S.Ak
Muhammad Nafi Aziz holds a Bachelor of Accounting (S.Ak.) from UPN ‘Veteran’ East Java. Born on August 18, 1999, he is a young professional in accounting and taxation with a solid organizational track record during his studies.
He previously served as Head of Public Relations Division at the Accounting Student Association (HMAK), Head of Cadre Development Division at the Faculty of Economics and Business Student Executive Board (BEM), and member of the Advocacy Division at the Student Action Council (DAKMU) UPN ‘Veteran’ East Java — experiences that shaped his skills in communication, cadre development, and organizational advocacy.
Professionally, he has experience as a Sales Consultant at PT. Midtou Aryacom. His competency in taxation is strengthened by Brevet A and B Certification, making him a competent professional in financial governance and taxation.
Misbakhul Munir
Misbakhul Munir was born on February 21, 1982. He is known as an active figure in various social and community organizations, reflecting his care and commitment toward the surrounding community.
Professionally, he has extensive experience in warehousing and logistics, making him a seasoned professional in supply chain management, warehouse operations, and goods distribution.
